Forming part of Laceys is laceys mediation which is a dedicated mediation service
dealing with all manner of disputes.

For those who wish to find a fair solution to problems, mediation is a sensible and
practical way of settling disputes without resorting to the traditional use of solicitors
and the courts. Legal aid may also be available for mediation.

Useful for:
employers or company directors with problems relating to commercial
matters or corporate disputes, such as contracts, employment and partnerships,

private individuals with problems relating to civil matters, such as accidents,
wills and neighbours,

individuals with problems following the breakdown of a relationship, or arising
from separation or divorce, with disagreements over finance and property,
