We are asked to represent children in both Private and Public Law Proceedings by CAFCASS (the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service). This ensures that in all proceedings we are ever mindful of the childs best interests and needs which enables us to tailor our advice to parents with confidence and with the benefit of many years experience.
We will always discuss with you the possibility of securing help with funding through the Legal Services Commission (Legal Aid). We have memberships on the Law Society Children Panel and Family Law Panel.
