I deal regularly with the acquisition and sale of businesses and for landlords and tenants in relation to commercial premises together with residential sales and purchases, remortgages, residential leasehold extensions and freehold acquisitions and most things related to land and property
Recent Projects
I have recently dealt with the purchase of a residential development site, the sale and purchase of several Post Offices and restaurants and the disposal of a large and complex estate of agricultural land

BSc (Hons) Biology 1997, Post Graduate Diploma in Law 2000, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and became a Partner in 2009

I joined Laceys in 2001 as a trainee and apart from a six month sabatical to travel the world, have been here ever since
