Laceys corporate team recently advised on the merger of two of Bournemouth’s largest property management agencies, Burns Property Management and Lettings and Hamilton Townsend. The new group will trade under the name Burns Hamilton, providing a comprehensive service for their customers residential property management needs.
As members of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and with a combined experience of over 70 years, Burns Hamilton will expend their expert management of property in Dorset and Hampshire.
Sam Freeman, head of the firm’s corporate department, led the deal with support from Victoria Boynes-Butler. They worked closely with every involved party to ensure that all mandatory formalities and protections were in place while appreciating the practical consideration of the transaction and future needs.
