We can assess you to see if you , or your ex-partner, are eligible for Legal Aid which can help pay towards Family Mediation legal advice if you are unable to afford it and for assistance in cases of domestic abuse or child protection where social services are involved.

As well as having a wealth of experience behind them, our family lawyers are members of the Law Society’s “Family Law “ and separate ‘Children Law” panels, an accreditation recognising our expertise and understanding to deal with sensitive and difficult issues. Our mediators have special qualification for handling consultation with children in the course of mediation to allow the voice of the child to be heard by their parents if the child wishes this to be done.
